The Unforged is the optimal choice, followed by The Unforged and Prototype Amber as priorities.

✦ The Unforged: Obtained through limited wishes, providing significant critical damage, substantial charged attack damage bonus, and a certain amount of HP bonus. It also offers energy regeneration, making it highly suitable for Noelle.

✦ Skyward Pride: Obtainable through the Pearl Galley Event, providing significant critical rate, substantial HP bonus, and a certain amount of elemental mastery. However, its passive effect requires 5 seconds in the background to trigger, and will be lost if standing still for over 10 seconds, limiting its effectiveness with certain rotation techniques. It does not provide energy regeneration. When paired with good artifacts, this weapon combined with the Gladiator’s Finale set may lead to critical rate overflow.

✦ Prototype Amber: Obtainable through forging, providing HP bonus, certain energy regeneration, and team-wide healing. It is a low-cost first choice weapon for Noelle but does not offer critical rate or critical damage, resulting in a relatively lower damage output cap.

✦ Elegy for the Endless: Obtainable through events (missed out if not obtained during V4.1 event), providing certain energy recharge and charged attack damage bonus, suitable considering rotation requirements.

✦ The Alley Flash: Obtainable through standard wishes, providing critical damage bonus and random large buffs during long periods of inactivity. With Noelle’s focus on life-based output and most teams not needing elemental mastery, only the damage-boosting effect is useful, depending heavily on luck with overall moderate expectations.

✦ Other Critical Weapons: Lithic Blade or Favonius Greatsword can also be used but come with certain mismatched mechanisms and carry similar risks of critical rate overflow as with Skyward Pride.

✦ Other HP Weapons: Luxurious Sea-Lord or The Unforged Moonlit Bamboo can also be used but are mostly useful for the HP attribute. In terms of overall rotation experience, they often fall short compared to Prototype Amber.

Artifact Recommendations
✦ Set: Gladiators 4-piece set (4 Glad) is the only ideal option, with other sets having a significant difference (about 15%) and usually serving as transitional choices. Other sets that can be alternately considered include 2+2 combination (HP/Hydro DMG), Heart of Depth 4-piece set (4 Depth), or Wanderer’s Troupe 4-piece set (4 Troupe).

✦ Main Stats: HP Sands + Hydro DMG Goblet/HP Goblet + Crit Damage Circlet/Crit Rate Circlet (aim for a balanced crit rate to crit damage ratio of around 1:2 whenever possible; 4 Glad typically uses a Crit Damage Circlet, otherwise it may lead to critical rate overflow after triggering effects). If you have at least 2 pieces of HP or one from The Unforged, you can also consider an HP Circlet, or an Energy Recharge Sands when the team lacks energy replenishment.

✦ Substats: Crit Rate/Crit Damage > HP/Energy Recharge. Except for teams that cast multiple Elemental Skills in one rotation or when paired with Fischl, who travels alongside you, there is generally some demand for energy recharge. It is recommended to stack up to 140%+ without an energy return weapon; if the weapon provides a certain amount of energy regeneration, you can appropriately reduce it.
